Work for Students required to Self Isolate

Please click on the relevant links below to access the work set for Years 7-9. We will continue to set work for students in Year 10 and 11 on Microsoft Teams.

These activities are in line with the curriculum being studied in school this half term and will allow students to revisit key skills and knowledge, and / or deepen their understanding of a topic.

The work set is intended to last for the number of lessons per week in each subject, and we recommend that students follow their usual timetable while self-isolating.

Any work that is completed at home can be brought in and shared with the subject teacher when students return to school. Students may also be set self-marking tasks, or video lessons where feedback is built in, to help them maintain their progress.

For students who want to extend their learning further, there are several websites that they can access.

  • Oak National Academy () has video lessons on most curriculum subjects – you can search for a topic or follow the links to the relevant subject and year group.
  • BBC Bitseize () contains a wealth of written and video resources across different subjects, and also provides revision quizzes to check your understanding.
  • Students can also access learning platforms used in school such as Activelearn, Educake and Hegarty Maths via the RM Unify link on the homepage.

If you have any queries regarding the work posted please contact the relevant teacher directly or the school office on info@earls.dudley.sch.uk
